Sure it may not be the best apartment complex but I have lived here 3 different times since 2004 and I keep ending up here because the manager IS NOT rude, she has treated me with respect at all times and she works with people who have been unfortunate such as myself! She wont ---- you around as long as you are a good tenant and you pay your rent on time and not make a nuisance out of yourself. She has always had repairs done for me within a couple days at most. My apartment had new carpet and vinyl as well as paint. I have seen this place get better significantly in the last 5 years. There is some human garbage that live here and that would be my only complaint. If you have to go the cheap way and you are not insanely picky this is definately the way to go.
