I lived at Lynnwood Garden Village for over two years. They advertise a heated pool and about midway through my first year there the management company said the bill was to high and they turned off the pool. The units smell of mold and you have water condensation running down your windows. Our window sills rotted after a couple of months. They have serious sewer problems there it will bubble up into your bathtub. The managers that were there did try and help out but their owners would not pay for any repairs. They really need security there. Did I mention that your water is orange'''
