You know it's bad if you see turnover among the management and repair staff. The apartment reaked of mold even after deep cleaning the apartment every two weeks for 9 months. In fact, I could never keep the mold out of the window sills or the condensation of the windows. There were water problems in the walls, the wall by the shower was bulging. Drugs, violence and domestic abuse was common and could be heard as if it was in your own apartment. Living there was like the movie scenes of ghetto living.

Aparently you have never been to the ghetto....LOL.....not everyone lives like that who grows up in the ghetto....HELLO!
