I've lived here for almost 2 years. I really haven't had any problems with the management...just maybe someone parking in my space that isn't supposed to, but other than that it's been an alright experience. The only problem is how they raise the rent every year. I'm looking to move because of this. I think I can find a nicer apartment, with amenities included (i.e.washer/dryer in the apt.,w/s/g paid, etc) for the amount I'm paying here without these things. There are a few people around here that act/look suspicious, but there's nothing i can really do about it. I've heard rumors about drugs being sold on the side past the pool, but I have never encountered it. I've seen the cops around a few times, moreso lately than before. Some of the area is poorly lit and I avoid wandering into this areas at night. I've seen people hanging around the dumpsters drinking and talking quietly amongst themselves to themself.
I haven't had any problems with the landlord, maybe moreso with maintenance. I was promised 3 months ago some work was going to be done and every time I go in there, the maint. man avoids direct contact and starts checking out the light bulbs in the office. I guess that's more important. If my wife was the landlord I guess I could get away with doing nothing more than something.
