it's okay I guess

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
This was the only apt complex I've lived in that didn't raise rent when the lease renewal came up. It has the same little annoyances that you get in any apartment (you can hear the floor squeak when the neighbor walks around, kids in the pool are always yelling, etc.) but it's not a bad place for the price.
