I have been living in Martha's Landing for about six (6) months now and I am not impressed.
1. The poor management is definitely why.
2. They don't return your phone calls nor does anyone ever answer the phone.
3. The maintenance inisde the aparatments isn't well kept especially when you move in (it's not very clean).
4. To get them to do anything for you is like pulling teeth probably because they are under staffed!!!!
5. Rent is too high especially when the parking sucks. Don't move here, you'll hate it!! And if you do only sign a 6 month lease not a year because you will regret it.
