First of all, the address is wrong, it is actually 15416 40th Ave West,Lynnwood WA 98037.

The thing about these apartments is though they are spacious, they are very cheaply made. There is no insulation and in the winter it is freezing, not to mention very loud. The management is always changing. The grounds are pretty well kept and sometimes there is fighting at night but not more than usual. A couple of months ago the sheriff was here every day. There was once a stabbing in the parking lot, where they closed off the whole area for 7 hours and nobody could leave or come in. Sometimes there are loud parties at 3am but in general, it is peaceful. There are lots of kids here and most neighbors are pretty friendly with each other. I used to hat eit here until I got earplugs, now it's not so bad.
