I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR THE PAST 3YRS AND AM A CURRENT RESIDENT. THE COMMUNITY IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND KEPT UP WELL. THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY SPACIOUS. I HAD ONE MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN THE THREE YRS OF BEING HERE AND IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF THE SAME DAY. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. OFFICE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. WE HAVE A NEW MANGER NAMED HEIDI SHE HAS BEEN HER FOR THE PAST YEAR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE NEEDING A PEACEFUL PLACE TO STAY. THANK YOU ORCHARD RIDGE!

I live there still and Heidi hasn't been to helpful now and she has gotten replaced by a 19 yr. old which does better than Heidi.
