I lived there for about 12 years. The apt. complex was quiet despite all the traffic on 164th Street. Apts and grounds were well maintained. Majority of management was professional and courteous. Maintenance people were always friendly and promptly took care of any problems. You have to pay all utilities. If you have children there is not much of a playground and bikes, skateboards, etc. are prohibited.
All in all, it's a nice place to live.
