I have lived at Orchard Ridge for a little over a year ( just renewed). The office staff has been great! The apartment home is a unique floorplan & spacious. The community is a very nice an quiet one. I have had no issues in my entire time here. I really love it and will be staying until I purchase my home. I would recommend this community to everyone. Thank you.
