If you're looking for a place that is quiet, has a great office staff and grounds crew that makes you feel like a person and not just another number...This is the place.

Rent is very reasonably priced (once you get passed the move in charges), apartments are great designs and parking is easy to find.

Only downsides to the apartments is they were built in the 80's I believe and could use some paint here and there.

Great place to live and will most likely resign my lease or switch to a bigger unit at Providence in Bothell.
