I've lived at Orchard Ridge for over a year now and feel that I've been ripped off. My rent is significantly higher than any advertised price I've seen listed for the property for the past year. The night I moved in my washing machine flooded my apartment and leaked into my downstairs neighbor's apartment as well. The maintenance crew did respond that night and found that the hose has been pulled out of the wall and was gushing water everywhere but into the washing machine. Pieces of trim were simply placed against the wall instead of being nailed on and the noise issues I ve had with neighbors have been going on for well over 10 months. I was promised that if I renewed my lease the issues would be immediately resolved and this has yet to happen. The staff is very friendly and prompt to return your calls, but it seems that s as far as the issue is ever taken. Unless you get a unit when the rates are actually comparable to the area, it s not worth your time.
