I lived in Oxford Square, and the place is falling apart. Management can't get their crap together, and over charge you for rent, then sue you for them messing up, because they can't keep their own records straight.
If you have children, the playground is a death trap.
The parking lot is in dire need of repair.
The maintainance man does nothing to repair anything. He also tries to act intemidating. One of the Apartment managers had a situation that involved the swat team invading the complex, and tennants were evacuated from their residence early in the morning for about 9 hours.
The laundry rooms are down about 85% of the time.
There is only 1 area of dumpsters for the complex that probably has over 100 tennants or families.
Mold is discusting and is a BIG PROBLEM, and there is too much of it. To be completely honest I'm surprised this place hasn't been shut down by a housing authority or the health department.

WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?? YOUR ONLY PISSED BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME. THEIR CURRENTLY FIXIN UP THE PLAYGROUND. THATS WHY THEY HAVE KIDS PATROL. SO FAR AS THE MAINTENCE GUY...HE IS NOT INTIMIDATING, HE DOES ALOT FOR THOSE FUKCIN APARTMENTS...YOUR LUCKY YOU KEPT YOUR NAME ANONYMOUS!!!! HE WORKS HIS ASS OFF...HE IS ALOT BETTER THAN THE LAST MAINTENCE PERSON THEY HAD! AND AS FOR THE SWAT TEAM ARRIVING....THEY WERE DOING THEIR JOB TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE WAS SAFE! SOMEONE COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED THAT NIGHT! I WOULD NEVER WISH UPON SOMEONE DIENG...BUT FOR YOU I WOULD MAKE A 100% EXCEPTION!

Oxford square is doing alot better now since new management came in and they have a new maintainance guy who fixes EVERYTHING when the loser that doesnt know ---- cant. the place is turning around for the better. i highly recomend this place to people now that its doing better.
