Management has an unprofessional attitude towards residents and staff. Cussing in the office often comes from the onsite manager. Current maintenance has a good relationship with the residents and the current assistant manager has also. However, most residents miss the previous assistant, and feel she was put out by the manager. There are a lot of programs on the property that are good for the kids, but the relationship between the manager and the residents makes their parents leary about going to the office, and allowing their kids to.

Management isn't the greatest i do agree with that! The new girl in office is nice and i see there is a new maint. guy hope he works out better than the old one but if we keep seeing him at the old maint. guys house i wonder how that will turn out. As far as the old asst. she wasn't pushed out by any one, read the facts. who really cares if you hear someone in the office say a bad word get over it. I don't think the relationship between the office lady and children is that important most people don't have a chance to make friends with the onsite mananger its usually the asst. who does the interacting with residents and children, due to the fact they have alot of work to do, its up to the asst. manager to run the office. Hopefully the new girl in office works out. I read these alot and its my first time to respond to one, seems theres alot of nonsence going on.
