The fitness center that they have advertised for two years now has yet to materialize. They obviously don't care what amenities are advertised and what amenities are actually onsite. Don't expect the fitness center to materialize before the next visit of Haley's Comet.

The management needs to get after parents to watch their children before one of them runs out in front of a car and get hit.

It used to be a quiet area but with new condos and townhouses going up in the area don't expect it to remain quiet for long.

Four washers and dryers for 120 units. Some units have washer and dryer hook ups but you are better off going elsewhere to do laundry.
