Serene Village is a great place to live. They just put in brand new fitness equipment and a TV. There is tons of parking for guests and everyone who lives here gets one free covered space too!
The maintenance guy is really cool! He is on top of his workorders and his assistant is really nice!
The office management just changed and the new manager is really great! The last two managers were helpful too! If you ever have a problem they address them right away!
It is nice living somewhere you know they care about you and your needs!
I would definately recommend living here, I have for two years and dont plan on moving!

So I have some questions for you. How do you know the maintenance guy is on top of his work orders? Did you walk door to door and ask every resident if they had all the problems fixed on a timely matter? I think what I might do if I sucked at being an apartment manager is go online and write fake praises about the apartment I manage to try to equal out all the bad stuff that is written about it. Everyone says this maintenance guy is really cool. The word cool, does this word come close to cold? That???s what I get from the staff here, real cold. As far as the equipment being new and having a TV and covered parking for one car, a lot of places offer way more then Serene Village for a lot less and without the cold shoulder. They don???t really care about your needs; they care about there own needs, money, from you, and a lot of it for what they offer you here.
