I have lived here for about 5 monthes now and I must say that this place is ridiculous. My car has been stolen, my house was robbed and my neighbors run crazy at all hours of the night. On the weekends, they leave an outdoor phone horn on to notify them of calls and it will wake you up every morning at 7:00. When my car was stolen the lady at the office told me that she was sorry, could do nothing but that she'd like to hear how everything ends up. My neighbors play music at all hours of the night. This place is just off of HWY99 and people drive through all the time. Very noisey. For a little bit more money I suggest moving to Bothell or Mill Creek. It's safer, nicer and has more to offer
