We Had A Very Nice Apartment Manager, Maintance Crew And All Was Nice Here At Serene Village And You Turn Around And Wow, Another Apartment Management Move In, Fire That Nice Apartment Manager & Maintance Guys And Now We Get Some New Manager, Some New "Leasing Consultant" And Hell I Dont Even Think We Have Maintaince Yet, I Should Find Out Soon When I Need Something Fixed..I Bet I Gotta Wait A Month To Have It Repaired!
Since This New Manager Has Moved In, This Place Looks Like Hell, The Grounds Have Trash Every Where, My Buildings Hall Hasn't Been Vaccumed In A While.
Way To Go HSC Throw In The Towel Like That, We Had A Great Community Until This New Management Came In! I Bet Our Rents Will Go Up Now. I Hope Not Cause If So I'm Outta Here In A Heart Beat And So Are Half Of My Residents Too...Believe Me!!
