I live on the top floor in between two apartments . I am freezing even with my heat on. I got my electric bill and for what I am paying I should be warm. the apartment manager has already admitted to poor insulation. Im not going to pay alot to heat my apartment and then Im still cold. this apartment is a big rip off.

The lower units are too airtight and grow mold so you have a choice of freezing or growing mold at Serene Village
