Well, my family made me live here for 2 years. There is a crack house and the manager wont evict them. My car was stolen, my door busted down by 2 men with guns when i was in bed. Then therewas a gang shooting involing another drug place in building 1. And then one of washingtons biggest drug raid was in building 1. and my dog was attacked my pit bulls more than once... i wouldnt even send convicts to live here.

WOW, this might take some investigating to see if the police have records about this stuff. I wouldn't want that to happen to me.

I was here when the shooting occurred and it scared the hell out of me! I have had people at my door at all hours looking for the drug dealers and the police have been here A LOT! On top of the mold problems they make you sign your rights away on- this place truly sucks. Most apartment places attract some transient people, people you really don't want to live near. There are some nice people here, but I am truly scared to let my kids play outside. When I am able to afford to move, I will be.
