I'd lived in this apartment for a year the only things that bothered me was that this apartment always had people working outside of the apartments early in the morning when I was trying to sleep. It would wake me up every time. Also, the garbage man use to come at like four in the morning every Thursday which made me mad because it's really loud! and it probably woke everyone up. The neighbors would sometimes be loud here and there but once you complain the office will take care of it and they do a great job with that. But the reason why I would recommend this apartment is because parking is really good you'll never run our of parking spaces here! and everyone that works in the office is really nice if you ever had a problem they would make sure to fix it right away! Oh yeah I forgot to add they have a big mold problems here and I hate the fact that I have to open all the windows and doors when I shower it gets really cold in the apartment after.

Sounds like nothing changed since we lived there. They even make you sign a contract about the mold that releases them from any responsibilities. It??????s because all they ever did when we were there is cover up the mold instead of cutting it out and replacing the sheetrock/materials effected. They tried to blame us as if it was our fault the mold was there but we had our year there and unless that problem ever gets fixed I wouldn??????t recommend the place to anyone if they value their health at all. Black mold can cause irreversible lung problems. .

I have not had any problems and i have been living here for 5 years. Did you forget that you live in Washington state and the mold is horrible here? The only reason you would get mold is if you are not opening up your apartment. I got it and the office showed me how to clean it. Dont be so quick to place the blame. Learn how to take care of it. This is a great apartment complex and i have enjoyed living here and will continue.
