this is one of the lowest class apartments I've ever seen, the windows leak, they rent out 2 bedroom units to 5-6 full grown mexican guys, the garbage is only picked up twice a month so the dumpsters are always overflowing, the rent was raised 3 times in the last year, the manager is constantly harassing the tenants about something, and the sheriffs are here at least once a week on a domestic violence call.

I agree the landlord is a scam and will try to get u to work for her and will get u to agree to get paid monthly and screw u over. She will not fix one of her tentants stove,or mold all because she has too many animals she claims. The poor lady has to have her child live else where because the mold is sooo bad. Windows leak,no amenities for younge children but a playground and not to mention she is asking an arm/leg to move into the dumps. Watch her. I am self employed and she bounced a check in my account,now I have to fork out more money to take her to court.
