I don't even know where to begin. This place is terrible. Everything in the prvious post is true. I do like kids, but having them play infront of your window all day long is more then a little annoying. There are drug dealers who speed through the parking lot, there are constant fights between couples, and the landlord is a little off her rocker. she insists on personally picking up the rent every month, and will only take cash or a cashiers check. Wonder what sh'e doing wiht the money' hmmm... We told her somthing was broken and her first responce is " oh you broke it hu' Umm no. It is a cheap piece of crap, so it broke. And the "maitenance" people are just other tenants. They are unqualified. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
