Truly the worst place I've ever rented. Besides being in a terrible location with no decent stores around, the landlord is extremely nosy and lazy. If something breaks down good luck getting it fixed. She is always trying to get tenants to work for her but then refuses to pay them. There was a 4 foot deep hole in my front yard for over a month because she thought a pipe was leaking. The dumpsters over-flowing and the ground floor apartments have no patio door. Forget about the playground its a piece of crap that no kid would ever play on. There aren't even any swings. Noise is a real big problem with this cheaply built complex. You can actually hear the people above you vaacuming as if they were in the next room of your apartment. The floor joists are relentlessly squeaking everywhere and to pay your rent you are forced to go to the bank and get a money order or pay cash. The landlord likes to employ the tenants here to do various stuff like pick up the rent and I guess this one guy took all the rent for the whole complex and split town. The management here is in financial trouble and looking to rip people off as much they can. When I told the landlord that my dishwasher was broken she accused me of breaking it and insisted I was using the wrong kind of soap. STUPID. After that she walked away and has refused to even look at it ever since. Save your sanity and avoid this place at all costs. It is truly depressing to live here. 3 months have dragged on feeling like a year. Sorry so long but I could go on all day about how much this place sucks. There really isn't one good thing about it!!
