Do not rent here. The land lord will pretend to be your friend, and when your lease is up she will charge you for things you don't owe and accuse you for late fee's that you never had. She is crazy. After you sign the final walk through when you move out don't be suprised if she adds things to your copy you didn't agree to. She hires managers that steal from her and when they do she will try to get you to pay for it. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Unless you want to deal with this land lords bull months after you leave! If you pay for a spot don't be suprised if it's occupied when you come home. Noisy neighbors. Police visit the parking lot often. crying baby's will keep you up through the night. Kids toys everywhere, and kids running through the parking lot, be careful when you drive.
We made a list of things we needed fixed when we moved in. They were never repaired.
