I've lived here for almost 2 years with the EDCC student housing. I've had many night without much sleep that went along with several noise issues. It's mainly the students who cause all the ridiculous issues, but what is to be expected from student housing' (Although not all the noise is from students). People are inconsiderate jerks who have no respect for the levels of noises and times at which they are making this noise. Currently I am being bothered by two people who like to blast their music at too high volumes ALL day (when some students are actually trying to study. A lot of people here think they are bad ass will drive their cars through the lot with their music up loud and bass turned up at all hours of the night. Another issue I have is a mother who allows her 6 kids to run around until 1 in the morning as they all scream at the top of their lungs keeping me up. I don't know if the manager has adressed the issue with the parents, and if they have it's obviously not working. I've never had any mold issues like other people have said, my apartment is clean with a few dings here and there. Most of the time people get stuck with apartments theat students once had and a lot of students don't take care of their apartments (I've seen some pretty bad ones). Parties don't seem to be much of an issue anymore, but used to be bad. Overall these apartments are ok for those who aren't phased by constant noise but I woudln't reccomend it to families considering the how rude the students can be. It vairies with each quarter, sometimes students are great other times they run around (sometimes drunk) and make noises all night which is not an ideal place for anyone; but I hate seeing kids grow up in this kind of an environment. Especially when people don't even know how to put the garbage in the dumpster, it embarasses me sometimes when I have friends over and the dumpster is overflowing with loose pieces of garbage; there isn't even an option to recycle.

I would never tell anyone to move there when the management is terrible and they are raceist!!!
