We have gone through many landlords, this company can't decide who it wants to keep. It also can't keep a maintenance guy. The first landlord and maintenance guy we had were fine, then there was some issue with mold, and the maintenance guy got fired for it, even though it was the landlord's fault for not letting him do his job properly. Since then, we have a maintenance department that does nothing and landlords that are constantly fired again and again. There is a group of children also who like to play in the parking lot. The problem is they are always playing with baseballs and basketballs around the cars, but since there is no landlord, there is no one to tell them to stop. This place is so utterly broken its ridiculous. If it wasnt for the price we would have left long ago. WQe also do not feel safe here, all my roommates have encountered people trying to get into our apartment, thinking this was their apartment. Since then we feel so worried around here, we have all purchased guns. This place is a sty.
The last landlord we had was great and excited to help us with aqny issues we had. He got fired.
