Great price and stretegic location and great maintenance

I think this apt is great compared to others in price, location, and maintenace.
* You can get 1000 sqr ft space with 2 bed, 2 bath with only $775-800, not a bad deal in this quiet neiborhood.
* Within 3 minute drive you can hit I-5 or I-405 so..if you work at bellevue or seattle it's very easy to find a nice direction...
* Manager (Betty) is awesome in her role working 24 hours for this apartment. I think her devotion to management sometimes cause her losing fexibility on some minor issues and regulations. But she is overall great manager ever !!
* I forgot to mention there is a nice park around the area so you can have a jogging or walking routine every morning or evening. I do every evening it's pretty nice rout to enjoy nice house/trees/people and finally a relaxing park....
