Moved in at first because the price of rent was okay. Found out management tries to hustle you as much as they can. While living there, the amount of loud noise was uncalled for. That included the neighborhood lady who is ALWAYS yelling at her husband and kids. Odd hours of the night. Also the music and cars going by' The floors & ceilings are so thin you can hear all. That included people/tweekers walking ALL hours of the night. There was no concern about others living in the building. About management:
When we needed a key because the one we had got lost they charged $10.00 for it ' Didn't mind that so much. But when they didn't have a key for them self for some reason' And needed to make a copy. They didn't get charged like us' And no $10.00 credit on the rent. And still had to wait 5 days to get the key back' Plus be aware of any ridiculous charges once you do move out. Which includes even if you give them 20 days to move out like the place says. You still have to pay the remainder of the month' No pro-rate, like they do when you first move in. Over all NOT a great place to live at. There's better out there. Learn from others unfortunate mistake from moving into Tamaren Ranch in Lynnwood, WA
