First of all never move into a place without seeing the place you are renting. They showed me a model and told me that my place is just like this. 2bd 1.5 bath, with a fireplace. We move in and I only have 1 bath and no fireplace. The whole apartment was a lot smaller than what they told me.
Thats not the only reason for not living there again. LOTS OF NOISE. The neighbors especailly the ones near me in the "C" building are very noisy people and were not considerate. We complained numerous times and it was not taken care of. One of the managements rules are no vacumming or loud noises after 9-10pm and our neighbor above us was always vacuming after those hours. The apartments need a huge facelift. From the time we moved in until we left, we were constantly asking for repairs. First the front door did not close properly, the windows were old and could not open them, cupboards fronts were coming off, bathtub & toilet not draining properly. Then to top it all off, I was constantly getting sick all the time and could not figure why, we found out when we moved out, we found MOLD all over the walls behind our dressers.
I have lived an many apartments through out my life and this is the worse one I have ever lived in, we were counting down the days to our lease.
