I've lived here 9 months and generaly displeased. The units are extremely small and set up funny. The walls are thin and the buildings are not pretty. The noise around the area wasn't bad though. Things in my apartment were broke often, mold all over the deck. The only phone outlet was in the kitchen, making it too hard to have internet. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking.
