This apartment is by far the most horrible one my husband and I have ever lived in. Get the lynnwood police dept. on your speeddial. Biggest complaint' The walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING....yes...everything that goes on in other people's bedrooms. We were unfortunate enough to live above some rather trashy people...we are convinced they are drug dealers, and they all smoke in the apartment, so when they open windows or doors, the nasty smell of their apartment seeps into ours. We've got tons of candles burning constantly to keep the smell to a minumum.
There are many inconsiderate people here..throwing parties, screaming, smoking weed, and blasting their music, especially the bass. I am awakened every morning early to the bass they are bumpin downstairs.
The pool is nasty...we don't dare go in it. The hot tub is also closed down because it's probably so infected with bacteria. The workout room is nasty too. No air conditioning, and it's tiny with nothing that works. Plus, since there was a break-in, you can only work out while management is downstairs.
Our front door sticks horribly every time we come in and out of our apartment, we have to use our whole bodies to open it. The appliances are not in good condition, our refrigerater leaks and our dishwasher's a piece of crap.
As for parking, it's usually okay but many times we come home to someone in our spot.
We can't wait to move out of here in a couple of months. Then we don't have to deal with these morons living here. We can even hear the little girl dropping her little toys upstairs on the kitchen floor.
DON'T RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
