Hmm...all I can say is this...you get what you are willing to pay. I took a tour of this facility not too long ago. The management seemed nice and cheery, but once we got our grand tour, boy oh boy....
The model apartment was not appetizing at all. It looked like a 13 year old decorated it. We then went to an actual vacant unit and very displeased with what we found. The doors were coming off, the apartment was moldy and smelled musky. There are kids running unsupervised around the place, there are cars playing very loud bass systems, not being courteous to other tenants. The only thing that was nice was the "cabana" hall.
Yes they come with washer and dryers,but look like they're from the 80's, and the kitchen is big....yeah big enough to hold 2-3 Oompa Loompas. Not worth the cheap rent, nor time.
