I got a letter on my door the other day stating that we have new owners. I have been a resident here for the past year. The staff that was in the office tried hard but never you cant expect htem to pay for things like painting out of there own pockets. The mainteance lady was always running around you never seen any others working outside don't know if she had any help' anyways maybe we will have some security cars and maybe the new owners will put some money in to the property to help the looks.
