Not the best place I ever lived for sure. Probably hasn't seen bark in 5 years and the buildings need paint really bad, did when I moved in though. This summer, the mgr said the owners were going to paint it. Never happened, not sure what the deal was there. Old mgrs did the best they could I guess, were nice to me, new mgrs will do the same probably. I see no big change so far but who knows. My friend called about apt info last week to see what the prices were, the ad said 'offering upgrades'. The mgr had no idea what my friend was talking about. Didn't offer to find out and call her back, kinda strange I thought. Whatever, I am moving when my lease is up, too late to paint now so crappy looking for another year at a higher price, no thanks. Besides, my parents came over last weekend and said, you need to move, this is a ghetto. I guess they are right.
