Ok so we got the new management. It is now feb07, and i have to say it is even worse for us that are about to be done with these poorly done leases. The sad thing is, that we have put up with the old management, the lack of maintenence and lost or just badly done paperwork. Now, i hear that those that are complaining about things hoping to have them finally fixed are being charged, or blamed for the time past since (it broke) or (the mildew) started. I asked for a new seal around my front door but never got it, but i pay the pud bill! so i did it myself. Hired someone to fix my stove and my dryer myself!! I hear when you try to move now they charge for every fricken thing wrong, some that were that way when the person moved in. But, funny how there is no move in check list!! It will cost you to move out, sort of like a punishment for living here in the first place. When you go to move out make sure and take a blank check with you! It will cost you! We live in trashy apartments, with mold and cracks in the walls, with the walls chipping off on the bottom, doors that dont shut right, the new management thinks when we leave it should be perfect like a "taken care of" complex!! Truth is.... you will be held accountable for unkept apartments! \
Do not move here, you will regret it as soon as you move in. If you do, i highly suggest taking pictures of ever wall, corner, windoww, bathtup and repeat every month so you can see the mold slowly appear!!! protect yourself. There are no deals at tamaron ranch! move in specials'' your kidding' Trust me, you will pay. Have an attorney look over your lease and make sure you read every word!
I have no neighbors that want to stay, all want to get out!! It really is as bad as i am telling you! At least last year if you wanted to move you just had to wait till the lease expired, now you have to win the lottery
