If you plan on living here, keep on looking, unless you are an illegal alien. Avoid manager ---- at all costs. Any complaints will be ignored. They have no idea how many people live in one apartment. By that I mean illegally. Parking is a problem. Mold is a problem. Noise is a problem. Cops are here on a regular basis. If you are not hispanic, do not expect any cooperation from the staff or inconsiderate neighbors. Mexican punks love to hang out here and drink in the parking lots. Heard maintenance found a meth lab in an apartment but management chose to "monitor" the situation. Much like the drug dealing that goes on in the parking lots as well as the apartments itself. The complex is owned by The Allied Group. Don't expect much from them also. The also own the Avia complex in Lynnwood. Do yourself a favor and drive right past this dump.

Shut THe ---- UP!!!!! YOu RAcist -----!!!!!!! I have lived in these apartments for over 4 years and I have not seen any of this activity this person is talking about. I have total trust in the management that does an excellent job satisfying the resident's demands. I have no complaints about the place where I reside, all the work orders I filed have been met and done and the people here are friendly and normal, nothing out of the ordinary. Another thing I would like to get across is that ever since the new management of this property took over I have seen a lot of improvement. Compared to how it was back then I think who ever is responsible for this change should be thanked a lot!! And to the person who wrote that this place sucks do me a favor SUCK a ---- and SHut THe (Beep) up!!! If you are still living in these apartments do me a favor and leave ASAP, because the way you are pointing out other ethnic background shows your degrading character, and how RAcist really You are and probably don't know it!! What a disgusting human being you are, WHat goes around comes around BUddy and trust me Im nobody to Judge NEITHER are YOU, Thats why You'll get Yours Ssome day!! Yes SIRrrrrr!

I am racist, racist against any idiotic person who chooses to act as such. I owe you no favors because you sound like a racist idiot also. I point out their race because that is who I'm dealing with. I've already moved so continue living in your ghetto world, and good luck to a life of welfare and jail time. Just a sad fact that you have lived here for FOUR years!
