I have been a resident at Tamaron Ranch for the past 9 years. I am surprised to read such negative comments about the place that I call home that I thought I would speak up. This complex has gone through many management changes in the past years and I know what some of the other comments are saying BUT since last year, I noticed a big change after the latest management company took over. There has been a dramatic change in how the complex looks from outside, the landscaping looks really good, they painted the buildings, and even the cabana looks great. In the past it took a while for work orders to get done, but the new office staff and the maintenance crew respond quickly to any work orders I have. I never wanted to come to the office because the office staff was always changing seemed unapproachable. But now, I've met all of the management staff and they are really friendly and seem genuinely concerned about the complex and the residents. I think the people that have posted on this site are those people that have had a bad experience because they themselves were or are not good residents'' Just my opinion. Since I've lived here for almost 10 years, I have seen and heard everything. I think that the complex is now a great place to live and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
