Terrible place to live!!

Written Review: This is all I could get in my price range; was strapped for cash at the time. I should've gone to live in my car! First of all, there is no longer an outgoing mailbox due to vandalism. I have to drive somewhere and send my mail in a blue mailbox outside a store or take it to the post office in order to send my mail. The office staff is rude, especially the manager. I got a "Comply or vacate" notice for having an ice cooler on my balcony for 5 days, when the hispanic neighbor below me has endless amounts of CRAP strewn about the front of his apartment. You can't even see the walkway down there. Children run rampant without supervision, loudly, I might add. They skate, run, and bicyle right into cars and other pedestrians. I even saw a child on top of the roof of the mailbox area yesterday! Lovely. Supposedly we are patrolled by security, but I've only seen them once in the past 2 months they've had them here. Loud talking cheering, laughing, crying, screaming, arguing after 10pm almost every night. My car got keyed and has a long scratch clear accross the trunk. For no apparent reason at all. Many other cars here got their windows busted, I have noticed. When I moved in, there were about 8 or 9 bleach stains on the carpet and paint splatters on the closet doors. What do they do with the previous tenant's security deposit' That right there should have been a good indicator of what was to come. I didn't realize they allowed Section 8 here until it was too late. I paid $1500 to move in here due to bad credit, and it was SO not worth it! Do not move here. My lease is up soon. I can't wait to say goodbye to this place. It is seriously like living in a mexican ghetto. I can't believe there are ANY positive reviews here about this place.
