I can't imagine what it's like to actually live in the apt units across from us. We live in Champagne Townhomes and we can hear the noise from across the fence. One family on the bottom floor lets their kids run around screaming a good portion of the day. We've had to tell the kids to be quiet after 9 at night.

And now we find they're throwing their food garbage over the fence. I called the manager of Twin Firs and she just says "What do you want me to do about it'" as if it isn't their tenants.

So as Lynnwood appreciates in value hopefully it will drive some of the more disprectful tenants out. There's another one whose parrot squawks constantly and some neighbors who had over some drunk woman who wouldn't shut up either. I wouldn't recommend this place from what I've seen and heard of it.
