I lived here fpor many many years. It was nice when I first moved in. Over the years it has declined immensley,. The managamanet will try to get you on so many things if she can get $$ from you. When there are problems with partying, inappropraite behavior, drugs etc etc she will never do anything about it. "Her comments are always--"What do you want me to do about it' Just call the police" The police always say to talk to the manaement. The buildings are not upgraded or maintained. The chimneys were not cleaned one time in the 10 years I was there. (fire hazard)
Lots of theft and car break ins.Each unit had 2 parking spaces and you are lucky to use even on e of your own. Other people always use yours and when you nitify management she says to try and find whose it is and tell them to move---that is HER job. She is pretty psycho. I have seen her be really ince one minute and then all of a sudden be a raging freak. I have seen her yell and cuss her maintenance people in public in front of everyone.
The apartments have potentail and are a great size---but it is not worth it because of the people living there and the management. And the buildings need a lot of work
