I live here in the summer to mid winter last year the mamnagement was great tell they switched a person. Then when I go to move out i told them I had mold growing ont the walls in all my rooms and that the floor boards were rotting out in the living room. they told me when i was going to move that they would tare it apart. never happened. it takes for ever for people to fix things. Our heater broke in thedeasd winter in the snow storm that we had and i called to get it fixed the maintaince guy said it would take a coupl of days that he couldnt come look at it excuse me i need heat now i told him he couldnt do anything I had to call the manager to take care of it. she did so. when i moved out they gave me an unruly list of things to clean and how to clean them They hire people to do this one was take a toothbrush to the toilets and clean every nook and cranny with it. it wasnt like that when i moved in there were ants comming up through the floor boards and out side they were huge carpnter ants . I got charges more money and didnt get my deposit back i left the Way i do at any other place i moved out and got full deposit back. I do not recoomend any appatments owned by them. oh and laundry rooms were never fixed or kept up
