I live here at Whispering Pines for going on a year and a half and I really like. The only problem I have had at Whispering Pines was the old maintenance supervisor he was not very nice or friendly. They just recently got a new supervisor who is amazing, he nice and friendly and he gets the job done. I have had no problems with mold and I even live by a Laundry room. Reading all of the other posting about mold just amaze me you would think me living next to a laundry room I would have lots of mold. But if you where smart you would know that mold grows in spots were you don t allow any air flow into the space it creates mold or your apartment is just dirty. My neighbors are nice and friendly. The apartment is huge just for one person large master bedroom walk-in closets what more could a girl ask for. The open space parking is nice only if you get home late and have to park a little far away, if I have friends over they don t have to park on the street or try to find visitor parking or worried about getting towed. The office staff is friendly and nice the two girls in the office have been here for awhile and know a lot about the property and are friendly and up beat they are more than will to help out in any situation. When I moved in one of the girls stayed late to let me sign my paper work, I didn t get off work in time to be able to come in during office hours. They have gone throw 3 managers since I been here but they recently just got a new manager who and seems to be really nice and friendly.
