Looks Ghetto, but fairly nice interiors!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
It's not much to look at from the outside, but once inside you really appreciate it for the price you pay! We moved from a normal 2 bedroom, to one w/ 150 more sq. footage, another 1/2 bath and much nicer and newer appliences and pay only $75.00 more per month. Staff seems nice, repair man can be lax, but things do get fixed or totally replaced if necessary! Granted, sometimes I hear the neighbors below, but overall, this is a great bachelor pad! Happy house hunting.
