My girlfriend and i have been living here for 5 months, and have had non stop problems sewage backing up into the bathtub multiple times, water raining down from the ceiling from the tenats above our complex letting the washing machine and bathtub over flow on multiple time landlord does nothing, it took 10 hours to get them to come out and fix the sewage backing up into our bathtub and when maintence was finished they left the mess for us the tenant to clean up."how would you like to clean up other peoples sewage" Should be the catch phrase for this place. The entrance on ourside of the complex has foot deep potholes , and when it rains over 13 inches of water creates a non travesable lake me and my girlfriend have both sustained damage to our vehicles because of these problems. Mold is a huge issue windows have been nailed shut in some parts of the apartment, not sure why' Single payne widows let alot of moisture in 300$ electric bills from the cheap heating units in the apartment are a real pain. Mold destroyed our mattress, 400$ in clothing, and several pairs of my girlfriends shoes were desroyed because of the mold. We are both constantly sick more than likely from the mold... Black mold growing on walls everywhere in the apartment. Apartment manager seems to have no care in the world when you call her and try to get something fixed it takes weeks and you have to call multiple times to remind her that their is a problem.Then they post an eviction notice on your door when they loose your rent check, with no notice or phone call or anything saying "hey we lost your check" could you give us a call, and then the next day it posts to your account. Neighbors asking you if you want to buy METH, two bedroom apartments with 8 people living in them with kids under the age of 5 which is disheartining and sad especially since the mold in the complexes could eventually turn into or could already be the poisonus type which has been known to kill infants. All in all this place is a dump dont waste your money here unless rent was free because everything is lacking the only good thing about this apartment complex is MOVING OUT...
