It's true they are the cheapest deal going in the area, but it is not worth it. My apartment was infested with cockroaches - when I told the management about this, she gave me some Roach Motels and told me to deal with it. I lived here for two years and they never did fix my badly leaking sink. Just before I moved out my outlets in my living room just stopped working. They completely ignored my written notices warning of the fire hazard this could pose. The manager is most content to sit on her rear-end playing solitaire and watching CMT. For the most part, she is rude and lazy. I had a gap in my bedroom window that I could put my hand in, and none of the closet doors worked. When I moved in, the manager assured me I would get new carpet, but that never happened.
