Woodcreek offers NOTHING! Get that in your head first. Extras for your rent will include NOT A DAMN THING! You'll have to put up with very poor parking conditions, expect several dings on your vehicle as spaces are ridiculously small. Tell your guests to either taxi in or bring their walking shoes as they will have a hike to get to you. This place is awesome for the people that like to look out of their units' windows and see, more apartments. Right across the lawn they conveniently offer great views of your neighbors deck. Maybe 30 feet away, if you speak queitely, they won't hear you. I was explained to that they experiement from time to time, since they were just sold and they just like to see what will work and what won't. I obligated my 12 month lease and was served prior to it that if I did not sign a new lease, plus an additional 60 in rent, they would charge me a 200 dollar fee for being month to month! EVERY MONTH!!!!!!!

This place is running down to being classified as run-down. They want every excuse to get your money. They offer nothing as incentive, their location is poor, and they claim that they are just doing what the owner wants. IF you wanna pay some creap this kind of money to have nothing, fine. For those of you like me that work all day every day, earning a honest living and expecting to be treated honestly, DON'T live here! They just simply DO NOT care.
