I have lived in a lot of apartments and this is by far the best experience I have had. Maybe I just lucked out by being in the A building but my neighbors are all very quiet and I haven't had a single issue other than someone parking in my spot once! Of course I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around and of course the walls are thin and the parking isn't great but if you are living in an apartment you are just going to have to learn to deal with that. I was looking for a good value, a short lease and a quiet place to live and I found it here. I am just in town for a few months and needed a short lease (3 months) and they accomadated me. I recently learned that my company needs me here a little while longer and Lynn agreed to give me a new lease of 2 months with no increase! I have not had a single maintenance issue of any kind and the staff has been exceptional. Lynn (Manager) is very professional and efficient and Susan (Assistant) is a lot of fun and very good at her job. The grounds are kept immaculate and I have never seen anyones car vandelized or broken in to. I would recommend this complex to anyone. I looked at a lot of places in Lynnwood and am very pleased with my decision to locate here.
