I lived here for a year, and the management was poor, the parking was bad, and the crime rate was definitely high. My roommate had his car broken into, I've heard so many reports of car theft, and even some of apartment break-ins. Everyone I know refers to these apartments as the "druggie apartments" or "ghetto apartments", which is definitely not a good sign.

Oh yeah, and an afterthought, although my apartment was completely spotless, they somehow managed to charge me $800 in repairs after I was gone, and harrassed me until I managed to cough up the money.
