I have lived here for a little over six months now. For the price the apartments are pretty nice. They have recently done a lot of work to the property. Biggest problem is no washer dryer in the apartment. Parking is tight but they always have garages available for only $50 per month. You are close to everything including having McDonalds next door. I have heard from other residents that the old management didn't take good care of the place. I don't see any signs of neglect. People in the office are pretty nice and maintenace always takes care of problems pretty quick. Overall a great value for the money.
